By creating an account or using Stacklix websites and applications, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

Stacklix offers per-user plans for individual product applications. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our marketing pages and in the platform billing area.

Paid billing through our payment provider will be subject to additional payment terms when enabled. Until then, plan changes may be applied for testing and development purposes without charge.

You may not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Stacklix products for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Stacklix retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit through our applications, subject to the license needed for us to operate the service.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Stacklix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
